Effective July 20, 2026
The short version: I don't sell your data, I don't have accounts or logins, and I don't process payments here. The only information I collect is anonymous traffic data and whatever you choose to type into the contact form.
kgarymills.com is operated by K. Gary Mills (KGM Media Group), based in Texas, United States. Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected].
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message. I use these to reply to you and nothing else. Messages are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service.
If you just read: anonymous analytics data as described below. No account, no login, no personal details required to read anything here.
This site is prepared to use Google Analytics 4, and may begin doing so to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages are read, which language editions are requested, and whether visitors reach the book listings. This tells me what to build next.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. These record anonymous usage patterns, not your identity. I do not have access to your name, address, or any account you may hold with Google.
A banner appears on your first visit noting that cookies are in use. If you would rather not be measured at all, you can:
Nothing on this site requires cookies to work. Blocking them costs you nothing.
This site links out to Amazon, Gumroad, and YouTube. Once you follow those links you are on their property, governed by their privacy policies, not this one. I have no control over and no visibility into what they collect.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live — the EU and UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, among others — you may have the right to request a copy of any personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing.
In practice I hold very little: analytics data is anonymous and not tied to you, so there is usually nothing personal to retrieve. If you have written to me through the contact form, I hold that message. Email [email protected] and I will delete it on request.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
